However, your insurance may cover a portion of it, if you have something medically wrong, such as a deviated septum. Most plastic surgeons will not charge you for a consultation. Make sure you go to a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Ask that question up front when you are making your consultation appointment. Only go to a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Make sure you look at his book of before and after pictures. Try to get a recommendation from someone you know who has had a Rhinoplasty (nose job). In plastic surgery, don't go for the cheapest price...this is your face we are talking about! Go for the doctor with the best credentials or references.
